His background includes clinical pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, public health, health economics, and business leadership, giving clients deep expertise in generating evidence that supports access, value, and strategic decision-making.

His expertise spans real-world data and analytics, forecast and gross-to-net models, contract savings models, program ROI models, budget impact and cost-effectiveness modeling, and disease-market experience across both medical and pharmacy benefit products. Since joining eMAX Health in 2009, he has served as a subject matter expert across HEOR, market access, analytics, and payer account management.

Before joining eMAX Health, Chris served as Managing Director at a global consultancy, where he led a team of more than 100 market access professionals delivering high-impact access solutions.

His expertise spans HEOR, pricing, contracting, patient services, field reimbursement, and launch planning. Before joining eMAX Health, Todd held senior market access and commercialization roles at bioMérieux, Citrus Health Group, Cencora, and Amgen, where he helped strengthen payer partnerships, reduce access barriers, and support successful product launches in complex therapeutic markets.
