Julian leads eMAX Health’s mission to modernize market access and patient access strategy for pharmaceutical and biotech innovators. He brings more than 30 years of experience across healthcare consulting, commercialization, payer strategy, outcomes research, and entrepreneurship, with prior leadership roles at Biovest International, Analytica International, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Physicians World. His work includes advancing proprietary platforms such as MAVA® and HealthPACER®, helping manufacturers navigate pricing, reimbursement, stakeholder engagement, and access strategy with greater speed and insight.

Eric leads eMAX Health Systems, including the strategic direction and operational execution of MAVA®. He brings more than three decades of experience across sales, managed markets, commercialization, healthcare data, and market access strategy, with prior leadership roles at GlobalData, EVERSANA, The Access Group, Catalyst Medical Communications, Fusion Medical Communications, Searle, Pharmacia, and Allergan. His background includes building and leading global consulting and commercialization teams that support pharmaceutical and biotech brands with competitive intelligence, market assessment, stakeholder engagement, and brand growth strategy.

Mary Lynn leads eMAX’s full suite of patient support solutions, with accountability for program strategy, operational execution, and manufacturer client partnerships across oncology, rare disease, immunology, neurology, and other complex therapy areas. Her prior leadership roles at TGaS Advisors/Trinity, PharmaCord, and RxCrossroads/McKesson included oversight of 65+ access programs and partnerships with 30+ pharmaceutical manufacturers.

She brings experience across M&A integration, corporate FP&A, forecasting, systems implementation, cost controls, and KPI-driven performance management, with prior leadership roles at Strategen, Certara’s Regulatory & Access division, and the University of Pennsylvania.
